When viewing a Quote from the Dashboard, you can now see the history of changes made to your Quotes. With our Quote History, you'll be able to see detailed timestamps for status changes, Quote revisions, payments made, and more. Details include:
Visibility on whether a User or customer has changed a Quote status
Payment gateway details (deposit, full payments, etc.) and error logs
Revision history including original Quote Owner
Currency info
Quote expiry date
Viewing Quote History
To view the Quote History, simply navigate to Quotes and click the magnifying glass icon to view a Quote:
This will bring up the Quote History infobar above the Quote:
To view additional details, you can click View Payment History or View Quote History to see a breakdown of revisions and changes. Clicking View Quote History will show the list of status changes by timestamp and User:
Clicking View Payment History will show the breakdown of the payment gateway used as well as the payment details and any error messages:
Notes:
If a status change does not mention a specific User (as in the above example), it means that a customer has Accepted or Ordered the Quote.
Any User with access to a specific Quote can view the Quote History.
