Use this article as a guide when integrating your account with Syncro.

At any time, you can come back to the Integrations page (Settings > Integrations) to make changes to the integration.

The field mappings are set up automatically when you follow the instructions below. For more information, take a look at this article.

Prerequisites

  • API Token has been created for Quoter with the permissions required for the Quoter Syncro Integration. See our Syncro API Token KB article for more information.

Integration Overview

  • When a Quote or Person is created in Quoter, the Person information will be pushed as a Syncro Customer or Contact. The Customer/Contact will be matched by email.

  • When a Quote is created or updated in Quoter, the Quote information will be pushed as a Syncro Estimate.

  • When a Quote is accepted in Quoter, the associated Syncro Estimate will be converted into a Syncro Invoice.

Integration Limitations

  • Due to Syncro API limitations, Quoter is unable to support the following:

    • Customers: Unable to retrieve country and state/province when using Person Search. Country will default to the country set on the account address.

    • Estimates:

      • Unable to associate a Contact (an Estimate will only be associated with a Customer)

      • Unable to push Taxes

      • Unable to upload the Quote PDF as an Attachment

    • Vendors: Search results are not guaranteed if you have over 100 Vendors.

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations to select Syncro under Professional Services Automation (PSA):

  2. You'll be navigated to the Add Syncro Integration dialog that will allow you to enter your credentials before clicking Connect to Syncro:

  3. Once connected to Syncro, you can choose to enable Push to Syncro Products & Vendors under Product Settings. Enabling this will create a Syncro Product and Vendor when a Line Item is pushed.
