When creating a Quote in Quoter, you can search for an existing Xero Contact using our Person Search feature or when a Quote's status is changed to Accepted, Ordered or Fulfilled, a Contact will automatically be created in Xero. If the Contact already exists in Xero as a Customer, it will be updated.
When a Quote's status is changed to Accepted, Ordered or Fulfilled, an Invoice and set of Inventory Items will automatically be created in Xero.

When a Payment is accepted for a Quote via Quoter, a Payment will be automatically applied to the corresponding Invoice in Xero.
