Depending upon your specific needs, you can set which fields are required for a Person when creating a Quote or Person. The First Name, Last Name, Email, and Country fields are mandatory and can’t be changed
To change the required fields, simply go to Settings > Required Fields as per the below screenshot
From there, you'll be presented with the following screen and can make the appropriate selections based upon your needs
The changes made within the Required Fields tab will be reflected in the "Prepared For" section when creating a Quote:
