Field Mappings

Overview

When creating Quoter Quotes, a Halo User and Company can be looked up pulled into Quoter's Prepared For fields. Additionally, existing Halo Opportunities can be selected and Halo Products can be added as Line Items. Upon Quote publish, Quoter's Person, Quote, and Line Item data is pushed to Halo. Where entities are not looked up in Halo, and matches are not made, Quoter creates new entities in Halo.

Quoter Quote to Halo Opportunity

When Quoter creates or updates Halo Opportunities, we push a PDF of the Quoter Quote to Halo. You can also push the value from a Quoter Custom Field to the Opportunity PO Number field, and upon acceptance of the Quoter Quote, we can also create a Sales Order in Halo.

When Quoter creates or updates Halo Opportunities, we also create a Halo Quote and associate it with the Opportunity.

Quoter Line Items and Halo Line Items

When creating a Quote in Halo, we will populate the Line Items following the mapping below:

When creating Halo Sites, Quoter uses this mapping:
