The CRM functionality of Quoter allows you to keep track of the "Status" of your Quotes by selecting the appropriate option from the dropdown menu:

Based upon the selection, it will correlate to the appropriate category of the "At A Glance" section under the "Analytics Options" on the Quoter "Dashboard". When a "Won" status is selected (PO Received, Ordered, Fulfilled), third-party integrations (if applicable), such as Xero, QuickBooks Online and Freshbooks Classic, will be notified for invoice generation.
