Merge Tokens can be applied to the customer-facing features such as Quotes and Email Templates. Our Merge Tokens feature allows admins to replace placeholder text with Quote or customer information allowing the personalization of most Labels & Messages as per the example below:
To use this functionality when using the editor, simply click on the Mail Merge dropdown in the toolbar to enter the appropriate mail merge field:
Important note: When you're formatting Merge Tokens make sure you highlight the entire Merge Token including the hash marks before changing the formatting. Partially formatted Merge Tokens will create HTML tags that break the Merge Token and it will render incorrectly on your Quote/email, as below.
