Mail Merge Fields can be applied to the customer-facing features such as Quotes and Email Templates. Our Mail Merge feature allows admins to replace placeholder text with Quote or customer information allowing the personalization of most Labels & Messages as per the example below:
To use this functionality when using the editor, simply click on the Mail Merge dropdown in the toolbar to enter the appropriate mail merge field:
