Quote Stages are driven by a combination of system changes and human interaction and they cannot be manually set. Quote Stages are in part driven by Quote Statuses but not entirely. The Stage definitions are below.

Draft

  • Quote is a Draft

Published

  • Quote Status = Pending, AND

  • the Quote has not been sent, AND

  • the Quote is not expired

Sent - Undeliverable

  • Quote Status = Pending, AND

  • the Quote has been sent, AND

  • the Quote is not expired, AND

  • the email response was “bounced”, OR

  • “dropped”, OR

  • “unsubscribed”

Sent - Pending

  • Quote Status = Pending, AND

  • the Quote has been sent, AND

  • the Quote is not expired, AND

  • the email response was “deferred”, OR

  • “processed”, OR

  • “Sent”, OR

  • “reported_as_spam”

Sent - Delivered

  • Quote Status = Pending, AND

  • the Quote has been sent, AND

  • the Quote is not expired, AND

  • the email response was “Delivered”

Sent - Opened

  • Quote Status = Pending, AND

  • the Quote has been sent, AND

  • the Quote is not expired, AND

  • the email response was “Opened”

Sent - Clicked

  • Quote Status = Pending, AND

  • the Quote has been sent, AND

  • the Quote is not expired, AND

  • the email response was “Clicked”

Expired

  • Quote Status = Pending, AND

  • Current date is after Quote Expiry date

Won - Accepted

  • Quote Status = Accepted

Won - Ordered

  • Quote Status = Ordered

Won - Fulfilled

  • Quote Status = Fulfilled

Lost

  • Quote Status = Lost
