Access Contracts

In your Quoter dashboard, navigate to the Contracts tab.

The Contracts Dashboard organizes your Documents by Templates, Draft, Sent, Expired, Executed, Term Active, and Term Expired.

Using the Dashboard

To navigate through your Documents, you can either swipe through the different stages horizontally, or click-and-drag between stages.

Each Template and Draft Document is marked with its Created date.

Once sent, each Document is marked with its Sent and Expiry dates.

Each Document also provides revenue visibility on key metrics: MRR, ARR, Term length (months) and Total Contract Value. To edit the MRR and/or ARR fields manually, hover over the total, click on the pencil icon, and enter in the desired value(s).

The Term Active column also displays a visual timeline of the term length.

The Recipients icon is shown on each document and displays three states:

  • If both recipients are grey, no recipients have completed their required actions.

  • If one recipient is grey and one recipient is green, some but not all recipients have completed their required actions.

  • If both recipients are green, all recipients have completed their required actions.

Hovering over the Recipients icon will display the recipient details (names and email addresses).

Choose whether or not to display Document Templates by using the Show Templates toggle.

Easily search for Documents by Document name.

Open an external link to the associated Certificate by clicking on the checkmark icon.

Using Filters

Use filters to further narrow down your Documents. Click on Filters on the top right corner, where you can filter through Sent, Expired, Executed, and Active Documents by absolute and relative dates.

Some example use cases for relative date filters include:

  • Documents sent last week

  • Documents closed last week (sent and in a current status of executed or active)

  • Documents expiring next week/month

Some example use cases for absolute date filters include:

  • Documents activated last year

  • Documents expiring next quarter

Multiple filters can be chosen and stacked. Once the desired filters have been set, click on Confirm.

The chosen filters will be displayed beside the Show Templates toggle.

To save the filtered view, click on Save Filtered View, enter a name, and click on Save. To access your saved view, click on Filters and choose the View you wish to display.

Your saved views will appear as capsules, shown beside the 'Show Templates' toggle. Easily click on the saved view capsule you wish to display. (Hint: once a saved view is open, exit out of all related filters to return to the main display shown in the image below).
