When either editing or creating a Template, you can choose to Auto CC and Auto BCC addresses based upon your specific needs by going to Settings and including the required email addresses in the respective fields as shown below:

This will automatically place the email address in the CC or BCC field for the appropriate Template when emailing a Quote from within Quoter.
