If you've established workflows internally where Users need approval prior to emailing Quotes to your customers, ultimately bypassing our Preview functionality, they'll use the "Email this Quote" under the "Actions" column of the Quotes tab in order to email the Quote to the customer:

You can add a CC or BCC, edit the Subject Line and or Body of the email. You also have the option to attach the Quote as PDF.

Once ready simply click “Send” from within the window and your customer will instantly receive a copy of their Quote.
