The PDF page size and orientation can be managed by navigating to "Settings" > "General" > "Default PDF Settings" which will allow you to choose from the following Page Size options when clicking on the dropdown menu as shown below:

The Page Orientation can also be changed depending upon your preferences by choosing either 'Portrait' or 'Landscape' from the dropdown menu as shown below:
