Image will stretch to cover entire Cover Page
Recommended dimensions (pixels): 2550 x 3300 (Letter/Portrait), 2550 x 4200 (Legal/Portrait), 2550 x 4050 (Folio/Portrait), 2481 x 3510 (A4/Portrait)
File type must be an image (png, jpg, gif)
Header Background Image:
Image will span width of Page
Recommended dimension: 2550 x 250 (Letter/Portrait)

Footer Background Image:
Image will span width of Page
