By entering text in the Cover Page section of your Template, you can create a clean, professional cover page for your Quote/Proposal.

Under Templates > Edit Template > Cover Page, you can add your desired content using our HTML editor:

You can use our Mail Merge fields to populate the Cover Page content with dynamic variables, such as the client organization, first and last name, or email. For a list of supported fields, see this article.

You can also add a Background Image. For best results, we recommend following the requirements in our Cover Page Background Image article.

Any content entered will be centered on the page by default. If you wish to move the content up or down, you can use paragraph breaks above or below your text to adjust the position on the document. This is helpful if you have added a Background Image and wish to align the text to the image.

Note:

• When nothing is entered into the Title, Subtitle or Content within the Template Content tab, the Cover Page will not be included in the Quote presented to the customer.

• The Cover Page will only display as a single page on the PDF. If the content exceeds what can be shown on a single page, it will be cut off. If additional content is needed, please use the Content Blocks as there is no content limit.
