You can assign an API member to a custom role specifically for API access. The following are the required permissions to use with Quoter.

Empty or excluded permissions should use the default settings (None).

Note:
Additional permissions may be necessary for the items under System > Table Setup. Please ensure that the permissions which are set to "Yes" under Required by Quoter are enabled:
