By default the Cost Breakdown will be displayed for all Templates. It can, however, be shown or hidden on a Template-by-Template basis depending upon your specific needs. To make this change, navigate to Templates and click on the Edit this Template button under the Actions column for the Template you'd like to change:
Scrolling down the page to Display Settings > Cost Breakdown will allow you to select the appropriate radio button to either Show or Hide the Cost Breakdown:
