Our Person Search feature is available with the following supported Integrations: ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya BMS, Syncro, Salesforce, Highrise, HubSpot, Zoho, Infusionsoft, Base CRM, Agile CRM, Nutshell CRM, Pipedrive, QuickBooks Online, and Xero.
By default, as you enter a customer's contact information in Quoter, it searches the People records in Quoter to find a match. The Person Search feature allows this functionality to extend to one of our supported integrations above simply by changing the source in the Prepared For section as shown in the screenshot below:
Please note: Quoter will search both the contact and company for an address. The priority, however, is on the contact. If there's no address associated with the contact, the address associated with the company will be used.
Additionally, you can set the default source in Settings > General (Default Person Search)
Lastly, after looking up and selecting a person from ConnectWise, Kaseya or Pipedrive, Person Search will show you the name, id and source that is connected to the specific person on your Quote.
Choosing to Disconnect the record will no longer associate that Contact automatically with the existing record in your integration. This is useful if you'd like to create a new Contact in your integration with some changes such as name/address/email. When we push the Quote to your integration, we will search the integration as usual and will either try to find an existing match or create a new record if any changes have been made.
