Overview

ScalePad Partners who use both Quoter and Lifecycle Manager Pro can now integrate their Quoter Quotes with their Lifecycle Manager Initiatives, bringing more visibility into where your clients are in the Quote/Initiative process. 

Linking a Quoter Quote to a Lifecycle Manager Initiative

To link a Quoter Client and Quote to a ScalePad Client and Lifecycle Manager Initiative:

1. Navigate to Quotes > Quotes List
2. Click the link icon next to the Quote with a Client you’d like to link 
3. Under 1. Link this Quoter Client to a ScalePad Client: select the ScalePad Client you’d like to link to.
4. Click Link Client and Continue. 
5. Under 2. Link this Quote to a Lifecycle Manager Initiative: select the Initiative you’d like to link to.
6. Click Link Initiative.

Viewing Initiatives linked to Quotes

To show Initiatives linked to Quoter Quotes:

1. Click Customize Columns and select Lifecycle Manager Initiative. 
2. Click Save View. 

The Lifecycle Manager Initiative column will show any Initiatives related to Quotes in the list.
