By integrating WisePay/ConnectWise PSA on your Quoter account, you give customers the ability to pay for their Quotes through the WisePay/ConnectWise PSA payment gateway.

Once set up, customers will receive upfront totals from Quotes through your WisePay/ConnectWise PSA account.

Step 1:  Copy your API Access key from your ConnectWise PSA

Follow the instructions on the ConnectWise PSA documentation site to copy your API access key.

Step 2: Add WisePay as a payment gateway in Quoter

  1. In your Quoter account, navigate to Settings > Payment Gateways >Add a Payment Gateway.
  2. Select WisePay > Fill in the Description field.
  3. Under WisePay Configuration, paste in the WisePay API Key you’d previously obtained from your ConnectWise PSA account.
  4. Check the box for Currencies you’d like to use for this payment gateway. Check Resellers if applicable.

Once your WisePay gateway is set up in Quoter, new quotes will pass upfront totals to WisePay.

Note: If you are using WisePay with ConnectWise PSA, the Organization/Company in Quoter must match the Organization/Company in ConnectWise PSA.

Note: The Organization/Company in ConnectWise PSA must have an active Account ID. Find this field by going to Company Search>Company>Company Finance Detail>Summary.

Modify a Quoter template to enable up front payments

By enabling a setting in your Quoter templates, you can send up front totals to WisePay.

Configure this by doing the following:

  1. Navigate to Templates>Templates>Default Line Items.
  2. Scroll to Recurring Fees section of the page.
  3. Add a number to the payment(s) upfront field to trigger your upfront payment request on invoice.
  4. Click Save Template.
Note: Recurring payments are unavailable for this integration at this time.

Other Notes

  • WisePay also accepts payments using ACH (Automated Clearing House).
