Using the Beta version Quotes Line Item Editor (Beta)

The beta version of the Quotes Line Item Editor reorders your quote content layout with new features:
- Drag and drop to reposition sections, section groups, bundles, and line items freely in quotes (above, below, or inside other structures).
- Structure flexibly by moving quote line items into bundles, automatically adopting bundle recurrence settings as applicable.
Dragging and dropping line item elements
Scrolling and hovering to the left side of each element triggers an icon. Click and hold to drag and drop elements in the order you prefer.
You can drag and drop line items and bundles within a section, or move them from one section to another freely.
Adding new sections
With the Quotes Line Item Editor you can:
- Add a Section to a Section Group.
- Add a Section.
- Add a Single Select Section Group.
Each Section Group can hold multiple sections, line items, bundles, or line item groups. Drag and drop to customize the order of the additions in each section.
Hover over the section name to trigger a kebab menu for bulk updating or removing the section.
Adding new items to a section
Click + Add Item to Section and use the drop-down menu to select which option to:
- Add a New Line Item
- Add a New Bundle
- Add a New Line Item Group
- Import Line Item
Adding a new line item
Hover over your newly added line item to trigger:

kebab menu to select Optional, Default Selected or Editable Quantity.

button to bring up the details screen. Click Hide Details once complete.
Adding a new bundle
- Hover over the
bundle icon to trigger the
kebab menu. Click the
kebab menu to select options regarding your new section bundle.
- Optionally, select the x Remove bundle option to delete the bundle.
- Click +Add Item to Bundle to prompt a new screen. Click +Add Item for any items that you want to add to your bundle. Multiple items can be added at once. When complete, click Close.
- Click the
menu beside your bundle or any item within your bundle to bring up a details screen where you can add a description, images, etc. Click Hide Details once complete.
Adding a new line item group
Line item groups can contain either line items or line bundles. Follow the instructions above for bundles and line items to configure your Line Item Group additions.
