All of our current Quoter Plans allow for a different number of Quotes to be published per calendar month, with the allotted total being refreshed on the first of each month.

These limits apply to all Users, including Reseller Users if they are enabled on the Enterprise plan.
Quote Limit Calculation
Not every Quote counts towards your limits. Revising an already-published Quote only counts once, for example.
Counts toward limit:
- New Quotes created from a Template
- New Quotes created from a copied Quote
- Quotes requiring Manager Approval
- Quotes rejected by Manager Approval
- Quotes that have been marked "Lost"
- Quotes that have been deleted
Does not count towards limit:
- Quotes that have been published as a revision of an existing Quote
- Quotes that have been saved as Drafts
- Quotes that have been started but not saved as Drafts
When making a Quote, you will be notified when you are within 15 Quotes of your limit and for each subsequent Quote:
Once you have reached your limit for the month you will be notified on the Quotes List:
