Person

When creating a Quote in Quoter, you can search for an existing Keap Contact using our Person Search feature or create a new one automatically.

The following Keap Contact fields are searched when using Person Search:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Address

• Work Phone

• Organization

When a Person is created or edited in Quoter, the customer's contact information will be automatically pushed to your Infusionsoft account under Contact. If a Person with a matching email address already exists in Infusionsoft, changes will not be pushed.

Quote

When a Quote is created or edited in Quoter, selected tags will be pushed as Contact Tags. A copy of the Quote PDF will be added to the Contact's Files.
