Quote Export from Quotes List
While using the default Quotes view under Quotes > Quote List, you can export a list of Quotes using the Export to CSV button:
These Quotes can be further filtered using the Sort & Filter menu for greater specificity. For example, you can filter by Quote Owner, stage, date, and much more:
If selected, only Quotes matching these parameters will be part of the CSV export. These views can also be saved which is helpful for views based on relative factors such as Quotes made during the last 30 days, or during a given quarter. For more details about filtering options see this article on the Quotes List.
Note:
The Quote export function in the default Quotes list exports only the Quote totals, not the individual Line Items. For exporting Line Items, see the instructions below on exporting Quotes from the Quotes (Legacy) dashboard.
Quote Export from Legacy Quote List
Quotes can be exported from Quoter by using the Export to CSV button found above the Quotes table on the Quotes (Legacy) tab:
There are two options when exporting Quotes from Quoter:
Quote Data - export will only include the Quote data
Quote and Item Data - export will include both Quote and Item Data
The appropriate selection will be made by clicking on the desired export:
The export will automatically start to run and a prompt will be displayed to confirm that the export will be available shortly and to stay on the page until it's completed:
Decrease the number of Quotes being exported by using Quoter's filtering options. For example, using date to filter Quotes created in a specific month:
Please Note:
-The number of Quotes included in the export is limited to a maximum of 1000 Quotes. The export will not run should the number of Quotes attempting to be exported exceed 1000. Use the filters to ensure that your available Quotes do not exceed 1000.
-Content Blocks, Acceptance Terms, and the Quote PDFs themselves are not included in the export.
