Recurring Frequencies

Quoter doesn't allow Quotes to have mismatched billing frequencies. For example, Templates set with a ‘Monthly’ recurring frequency should only have ‘Monthly’ recurring Items, or an ‘Annual’ Template should only have ‘Annual’ recurring Items.

There are a couple of ways you can handle this moving forward. One option is to set the Items that are billed annually to non-recurring and stating in the Item Name or Description that it is billed annually.

Another option may be to have copies of your recurring Items at varying frequencies to match the recurring frequency of whichever Template you are using.
