The Mail Merge feature allows control over the PDF Filename for the Quote PDF and Accepted Quote PDF. The default filenames can be established by navigating to Settings General Settings Default PDF Settings to update the filename(s) accordingly:

The default PDF filename and accepted filename are prepended with the Quote Header Quote and Acceptance Acceptance Form Accepted Quote localizations, respectively.

Using any of the above supported Mail Merge Fields will allow you to customize the filenames based on your desired naming convention. For example, ##QuoteName## ##QuoteNumber## ##CustomerOrganization## shown added to the FILENAME and ACCEPTED FILENAME:

Should the naming convention change on a Template-by-Template basis, you can override the above defaults by editing the Template PDF Settings:

Choosing to USE CUSTOM PDF FILENAME or USE CUSTOM ACCEPTED PDF FILENAME will override the default when downloading the Quote PDF or Accepted Quote PDF for the modified Template:
